Camposol Heating & Maintenace S. L. (CHM) has been trading here for over 7 years. Based in the Urbanisation Camposol we cover surrounding villages and towns from Mazarrón to The Mar Menor. We are a private limited S.L Company with employees and an office. We have hundreds of satisfied customers and strive to offer a robust back up service. We offer an out of hours back up and maintenance service and only work with established and legal quality suppliers.

Kevin Hicks, founder of CHM worked with British Gas from 1971 and has always been a heating engineer qualified in gas, oil, LPG, industrial, commercial and domestic.

We have maintained our Corgi (Now Gas Safe Register) status at enormous expense here in Spain because our customers feel more comfortable with that.

We may not be the cheapest but we do try to be the best and will always be here to support our customers.
We do not claim to be builders, electricians, or experts in any other field except plumbing, heating and air conditioning.
We do however work with other experts if we need help but only use legal, registered and qualified partners.

Our office is located on Sector B commercial centre! Find us inside ” Holmes & Pegg Estate Agents. There you can see examples of the boilers, radiators, flue less gas fires, air conditioning units and towel rails and other items that we recommend as well as have a personal appointment with one of our engineers.

Also, every last Friday of each month you will find us at the indoor market that takes place at The Steak Out Bar/Restaurant also on sector B. Pop in and see us to discuss your heating and air-conditioning requirements with one of our engineers.
