Camposol Heating & Maintenance S L (CHM) was started in the winter of 2003.
Kevin Hicks a Corgi registered(reg no.197569) heating engineer in the UK for 35 years, realised upon taking possession of a holiday villa in Camposol, just how cold and damp the houses can get here during the winter months.
His wife Teresa, flatly refused to move in without the installation of full Central Heating & hot water! The temperature was down below 6 degrees at night in November and the worst of the situation was the damp inside cupboards, especially on any outside wall.

The Hicks own “Neptuno De Luxe”• became the first fully installed system, and then within a matter of days, enquiries were flooding in from friends and neighbours, all keen to have the same and so CHM was born.
CHM now have many satisfied customers in this region, and the business has grown from strength to strength. On 1st October 2007 CHM opened its office to the general public in the sector B commercial centre. Find us at the back of “Nicky G” Translation Services.
