NO MORE SMELLY DAYS!
We have had quite a few days this year already without water, you go to flush the toilet or turn the shower on and NOTHING! Not 1 day but 2 days without even a drop.
We did not even know the water was off until Vin got to his first pool clean of the day.
After approaching a few local companies for quotations we decided to give the job to CHM. The prices of all companies were very similar but Kevin was the only one who came to see us and have a look round and talk us through everything.
I would just like to give my thanks to Kevin Hicks of Camposol Heating & Maintenance, for his advice on a water storage tank which his company installed just recently. We had problems with the water pressure and hot showers in our top box of our Neptuno – having the tank and pump fitted has now eradicated this issue – we can now have a shower for as long as we want.

installed our central heating April 2006 and its made a fantastic
difference. The house now has all-round warmth, and no longer has a
cold, damp feel and smell.
Central heating has to be the best investment we have made. CHM
engineers are very excellent workers and, best of all, clean up after
themselves! We would recommend CHM to anyone considering central
heating, for a professional, efficient and friendly service. |

wife and l have for a number of years used our Neptuno Villa on ‘C’
sector of the Urbinisation Camposol for holidays but have always
dreaded visiting in the winter months. The day temperature is normally
very good but come 4pm the temperature drops considerably and l am
usually busy trying to light the fire in the lounge to keep us warm. We
have for some time spent quite a lot of money buying logs for the fire
and always managed to run out at the wrong time. We have also had
problems with bath/shower times as the water heater supplied by Masa
does not hold sufficient for both of us to use at the same time, so we
had to make up a rota to ease the situation.
We have for some time considered central heating so we approached Kevin
Hicks of Camposol Heating & Maintenance S.L. So recently l made a
telephone call from the UK to Kevin and asked for a quote which was
very promptly sent to me, and we then decided to go ahead on the
downstairs only. He said he was happy to do it before we came to Spain
and after some discussion and to organise keys in our absence we agreed
for him to go ahead. At no time did he ask for money or a deposit. He
telephoned us to say it had been fitted and filled with oil and asked
if we required it to be set up for our arrival which we readily agreed
to, as we did not arrive until late afternoon. I also cheekily asked
him to plug in the fridge for us so it was at the right temperature and
allowed us to call in the supermarket and buy frozen food, this again
he readily obliged.
When we arrived it was as if we were in a different villa. It was warm,
the clothes no longer felt damp and it was a pleasure to sit and enjoy
it, and even the red wine l left behind was at a reasonable
temperature. When it came to bath time we felt as if we had gone to
heaven, hot water up to our chin and warm to get out and dress for a
change. Thank you Kevin, and the CHM team for a job well done.
Our only regret is that we did not have it put in earlier, and when we
return in May we have asked him to fit additional radiators in the
upstairs bedroom and bathroom. We now look forward to using our Villa
more often.

lived in Spain 6 winters and having a house in the campo, we finally
made the decision not to have to endure the cold any longer in the
winter. Got several quotes and although not wildly fluctuating we chose
CHM as they are an SL company, have a landline and a point of contact
in an office. We were not asked for a deposit, and Kevin and his team
were polite and cleaned up after themselves. They were very obliging
too. However, there were problems for a week or two after the
installation with the boiler that did not relate to their workmanship.
We were impressed at the speed they came back to rectify things - even
changing the boiler to get rid of the problem. Unfortunately the second
boiler had an electrical fault that did not show up for a few days.
This was sorted, once again immediatly by Kevin (very cheerfully, I
might add). A very refreshing company to do business with and have no
hesitation in recomending them to anyone. We wish him continued success. |

had CHM install central heating in my Neptuno in January 2008. I had
been thinking about this for some time - primarily for tenants who rent
my villa as I do not live there permanently. It was fitted whilst I was
in the UK, and when I came over a few days after it had been finished,
the difference was very noticeable. No more huddling underneath the air
con unit blowing out hot air!!
Kevin and his team did a great job, clean and without fuss. I would
recommend his company without hesitation. |
