Is it really necessary to have Central heating here in Spain?
The nights can be surprisingly cold here in the winter and the temperature regularly drops to around 2 degrees at night. The main problem is also “damp”.
We have always had gas heating, can we have this here in Spain?
Yes, gas is an option, but bear in mind that it is bottled gas, and therefore you have to change the bottles frequently. With an oil tank you can store 1,000 litres at a time so it tends to be preferred by our customers.
Can we visit an installation that you have completed before we commit?
Yes you can. We would be confident that you visit any of our customers at any time.
Do you install the combination boilers so that we have unlimited hot water?
Yes, we do sell combination boilers as they the most efficient.
I am nervous of buying a heating system from a one man band. How do we know that CHM is here to stay?
The investment to date, the latest addition of an office and 6 years of trading is to back up our commitment to our customers that we are here to stay. We are also an “S.L” Company (equivalent to a Limited Company in The UK).
What qualifications are held by CHM?

Will CHM offer services after the sale e.g. services, maintenance and call outs?
Yes we will. Service contracts can be tailored to each client.
Can you supply and fit gas water heaters?
Yes, we can and also move your electric boiler at the same time so you have a back up unit if you wish.
What temperature can we expect our villa to reach with the heating on?
Our engineers will discuss this with you when they do the site survey prior to ordering your equipment.
Do you recommend the combined heating and air conditioning units?
For a holiday home, yes. For residential no, as it is too expensive to use that much electricity in the winter.
Can we have heated towel rails in our bathrooms?
Yes, we can fit either heated towel rails or small radiators in your bathroom.
Does CHM fit air conditioning during the summer?
Yes we do.
Do we have to pay in advance for the materials e.g boiler and radiators as with some organisations?
No. We do not ask for any money until the installation is completed.
